Life satisfaction, kesyukuran, dan resiliensi siswa pasca pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Bencana gempa, likuifaksi, dan tsunami yang terjadi di Sulawesi Tengah ditambah pandemic covid-19 memberikan beberapa dampak psikologis bagi wargaa, termasuk juga siswa-siswi penyintas yang sebagiannya kehilangan rumah dan anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel resiliensi, kesyukuran, dan jenis kelamin terhadap kepuasan hidup pada siswa penyintas gempa dan likuifaksi serta pandemic covid-19 pasca kejadian tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di kabupaten Sigi Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang berjumlah 263 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah RYDM untuk resiliensi, GQ-6 untuk kesyukuran, dan SWLS untuk kepuasan hidup.Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kausal antara resiliensi terhadap kepuasan hidup; kesyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup; resiliensi terhadap kesyukuran;  dan khusus jenis kelamin telah didiskusikan di dalam artikel ini, karena ada perbedaan hasil ketika dilakukan uji terpisah dan dilakukan uji bersama variabel lain. Analisis Anova yang dilakukan menunjukkan koefisien korelasi yang signifikan, di mana resiliensi, kesyukuran dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan kausal terhadap kepuasan hidup siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian, hendaknya peneliti lain melakukan penelitian dengan memberikan treatmen tertentu untuk menguatkan kemampuan resiliensi dan kesyukuran pada siswa yang masih memiliki kesejahteraan rendah; mengkaitkan dengan variabel lain seperti menelaah perbedaan gender dengan memasukkan variabel psikologi indigenous persepsi siswa dalam memaknai kepuasan hidup untuk menjawab pro kontra hasil penelitian terkait gender.
