Integrasi pendidikan gizi, kebersihan, dan regulasi emosi untuk kesehatan anak usia dini di PAUD pasca-pandemi

Abstract
Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan kesehatan holistik anak usia dini di lembaga PAUD perkotaan pascapandemi, dengan fokus pada gizi, kebersihan, dan regulasi emosi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran tematik integratif yang menggabungkan ketiga aspek tersebut dalam kurikulum PAUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran dengan desain konvergen paralel untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran status gizi (indikator IMT/U), perilaku kebersihan (frekuensi cuci tangan), dan regulasi emosi (skala keterampilan sosial–emosional), sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada 186 anak usia 3–6 tahun dari tujuh PAUD di Bandung Raya. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan FGD dengan guru, kepala sekolah, serta orang tua, lalu dianalisis tematik untuk menafsirkan dinamika implementasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05): pengetahuan gizi (+23%), praktik cuci tangan sebelum makan (+41%), dan keterampilan regulasi emosi (+18%). Analisis kualitatif mengungkap tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, keterampilan pedagogis guru, serta sarana sanitasi. Integrasi data menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan perilaku anak lebih optimal ketika didukung oleh pelatihan guru berjenjang, modul tematik sederhana, serta keterlibatan orang tua melalui aktivitas berbasis rumah. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menawarkan model integrasi kesehatan holistik dalam kurikulum PAUD yang aplikatif di konteks perkotaan Indonesia. Implikasi praktis mencakup perlunya penguatan kapasitas guru, dukungan kebijakan lokal, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor (PAUD, Posyandu, BKB) untuk memastikan keberlanjutan.
