Analisis social media fatigue pada mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis social media fatigue berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 400 orang sampel dengan metode pengambilan simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala social media fatigue dengan nilai reliabilitas cronbach alpha sebesar 0,816. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan kondisi social media fatigue secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan SMF perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki dan usia di atas 25-28 lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kategori lain. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya upaya komprehensif bagi konselor di perguruan tinggi dan pihak terkait untuk menyusun rencana pelayanan konseling untuk mereduksi SMF.
