Pengembangan dan validasi instrumen kompetensi ethnoguidance guru PAUD

Abstract

Pengembangan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur kompetensi ethnoguidance guru PAUD sangat penting agar bimbingan yang diberikan relevan dengan latar belakang budaya anak. Ethnoguidance adalah model bimbingan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam praktik pendidikan. Agar efektif, diperlukan instrumen yang valid dan akurat. Penelitian ini merancang instrumen berbasis tiga dimensi utama—pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan—yang dijabarkan dalam 13 indikator dan 60 item awal. Validasi dilakukan melalui penilaian ahli dan uji keterbacaan oleh lima guru PAUD. Hasil akhir berupa 52 item menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Instrumen ini diuji pada 152 guru menggunakan convenience sampling, lalu dianalisis dengan EFA dan CFA serta berbagai fit indices (CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Instrumen ini terbukti konsisten secara internal, menjadikannya alat ukur yang andal. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah tersedianya instrumen terstandar untuk menilai sejauh mana guru PAUD mampu mengintegrasikan budaya dalam layanan bimbingan. Dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang kuat, alat ini dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam mengembangkan pendidikan anak usia dini yang lebih sensitif terhadap keberagaman budaya di Indonesia.
