Analisis kecemasan siswa pascabencana hidrometeorologi dan efektivitas intervensi psikologis

Abstract

Bencana hidrometeorologi dapat mengganggu rasa aman, rutinitas, dan fungsi psikososial siswa, sehingga kecemasan menjadi salah satu dampak psikologis penting pascabencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kecemasan berdasarkan status terdampak bencana dan mengeksplorasi perubahan kecemasan setelah intervensi Ifdil Perceptual Light Technique (IPLT), suatu teknik berbasis stimulasi cahaya yang dikembangkan untuk membantu regulasi respons psikologis terhadap distress. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dua tahap yang melibatkan 435 siswa berusia 15–18 tahun dan enam penyintas dengan kecemasan tinggi yang menerima IPLT. Kecemasan diukur menggunakan DASS-21. Pada tahap intervensi, pengukuran dilakukan lima kali sebelum dan lima kali setelah intervensi untuk mengeksplorasi konsistensi pola perubahan skor individu. Analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif, perbandingan kelompok, korelasi, regresi robust, dan uji berpasangan. Rerata kecemasan siswa terdampak lebih tinggi (M = 9,99; SD = 3,23) dibandingkan siswa tidak terdampak (M = 6,24; SD = 3,18), dengan Cohen’s d = 1,18, p < 0,001. Pada enam peserta IPLT, rerata kecemasan menurun dari 20,07 menjadi 13,93 (30,38%), t(5) = 9,94, p < 0,001, Cohen’s dz = 4,06. Temuan eksploratori menunjukkan pola penurunan kecemasan yang konsisten setelah IPLT dan memberikan dasar empiris awal bagi pengujian IPLT melalui studi terkontrol untuk menentukan efektivitas kausalnya.
